These terms apply to the Metivate website and waitlist. The Metivate product is not yet available, so for now this mostly covers what it means to visit this site and sign up for early access. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side.
• A spot on the list is not a guarantee of access, a price, a feature, or a launch date - all of those may change as we build.
• You agree to provide an email address you actually control and not to sign up other people without their permission.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, abusive, or automated/bulk signups.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or break the site or its infrastructure.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Metivate name, logo, copy, and design on this site belong to Metivate, Inc. Please don't reuse them without permission. Any feedback you choose to send us, we may use to improve the product without obligation to you.

No warranty

This is a pre-launch site provided “as is.” We make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing here is a commitment to ship any specific product or feature.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Metivate is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product takes shape. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
