Account Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Metivate, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Facebook Account Connection

  • You must have a valid Facebook account to use our Service
  • You must have appropriate permissions (admin, editor, or moderator) for any Facebook Pages you connect
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook login credentials
  • You agree to comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Platform Policies

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

  • You represent that you have all necessary rights to content you publish
  • You are solely responsible for the content you create and share

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Metivate and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
  • This includes damages for lost profits, data loss, or service interruption

Indemnification

Termination
